Ingredients

  • 10 lb. potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 qt. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes and add ingredients.
  2. Chill and serve.
