Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. rabbit
  • 1/2 lb. squirrel
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. pure chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Grind rabbit and squirrel meat.
  2. Cook until tender and brown.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Add water slowly while stirring.
  5. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
