Ingredients

  • 1 c. Miracle Whip or light dressing
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing, egg yolks, flour, sugar and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in corn, cheese and onions.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold in corn mixture.
  4. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
