Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
  3. Spread mixture into ungreased loaf pan.
  4. Spread ketchup on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
