Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups plain flour (White Lily)
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla or 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix Crisco and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
  2. Mix flour in then add flavoring and mix well.
  3. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
