Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a covered 2 1/2 to 3-quart dish, break up the spaghetti and add 4 cups of water with about 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Place in microwave and cook on High for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the cooked spaghetti into a colander and rinse with cold water. Leave draining while preparing the sauce.
