Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/2 cup minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Blend well the mayonnaise and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the anchovy paste, minced parsley, chopped chives, pressed garlic, lemon juice, tarragon vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  4. Serve with crisp vegetables such as radishes, carrots, cucumber slices, celery, cauliflower, and broccoli.
