Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 7.5 oz can minced clams, drained
  • 4.5 oz can shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs and bread crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Stir in shredded Swiss cheese, drained minced clams, rinsed and drained shrimp, sliced green onions, and chopped pimento.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Cut into bars and serve warm.
