Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, Bisquick, and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Fold in the beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, and milk gently, avoiding overmixing.
  3. Heat deep fat to medium heat.
  4. Drop 1/2 tablespoonfuls (or smaller) of dough into the hot oil.
  5. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
