Angel Lime Dessert

- Trim brown crumbs from the angel cake and tear into bite-size pieces or cut into cubes.
- Dissolve lime flavored jello and sugar in boiling water.
- Add lime juice and a few drops of green food coloring; chill until partially thickened.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Place half of the cake pieces in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Pour half of the gelatin mixture over the cake layer.
- Repeat layers with remaining cake and gelatin mixture.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares to serve.
