Ingredients

  • 3 fresh pears, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey, pref. raw-thick type
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 23 cup sliced almonds (2oz)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl; mix balsamic, honey,vanilla, lemon juice, and almonds.
  2. Add strawberries and pears then toss to coat.
  3. Chill then enjoy!
