Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled cored, sliced apples
  • Apple Coating
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Apple Topping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. After preparing the apples, put them in a large bowl.
  2. Add Apple Coating to Apples and stir until every slice is coated. Put them into a 9x9 baking dish. Pat down.
  3. Mix topping and put on top of apples.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender.
  5. If you want to make a 9x13 pan, double the Apple Coating and use 1 & 1/2 recipe of the Apple Topping.
