Instructions
- Put everything into a large mixing bowl and using your hands, mix ingredients thoroughly.
- The mix should be pretty moist
- (but you can adjust breadcrumbs if needed).
- Roll meatballs about the size of golf balls.
- In large frying pan, fill vegetable oil about 1 inch deep.
- Heat oil and add meatballs.
- Carefully brown on all sides until done.
- If there are any left after everyone has sampled them fresh from the frying pan, you can add them to your sauce.
- This recipe was obtained by carefully observing Grandma making these and writing it all down!
