Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. hot water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients with milk, oil and eggs.
  2. Add hot water and beat on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
