Ingredients

  • 1 qt. fruit (any kind canned fruit)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into one 9 x 13-inch pan and one 9 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
