Ingredients

  • 15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 3 cups cantaloupe melon balls
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. In a bowl, combine pineapple chunks, melon balls, and strawberries.
  3. Combine pineapple juice, orange marmalade, and orange liqueur.
  4. Pour the mixture over the fruits.
  5. Stir gently to coat all the fruits.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Stir occasionally during chilling.
  8. Serve chilled.
