Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons molasses

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Pour over chicken or beef or both; cover and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours before cooking.
