Ingredients

  • 5 medium to large onions
  • garlic salt
  • lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Tear off large sheets of aluminum foil to wrap each onion individually.
  3. Peel and cut 5 medium to large onions in half or into suitable pieces for wrapping.
  4. Place the onions on the foil sheets.
  5. Sprinkle garlic salt and lemon pepper over the onions to taste.
  6. Cut 1 1/2 sticks of butter into small pieces and distribute over the onions.
  7. Wrap each onion securely in the aluminum foil.
  8. Place the foil-wrapped onions on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until onions are tender.
  10. Remove from oven, carefully unwrap, and serve hot.
