Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 70 gr. butter or margarine
  • 70 gr. sugar
  • 250 gr. flour
  • 1 lemon (rind and juice)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 200 gr. nuts
  • vanilla
  • 1 big bar chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks, butter or margarine, sugar, flour, lemon rind and juice, and baking powder together.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill before baking.
  3. Grate the big bar of chocolate and prepare the nuts.
  4. Combine the chilled mixture with grated chocolate, chopped nuts, vanilla, and additional sugar as needed.
  5. Shape into desired forms and bake until golden brown.
