Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 pound Roquefort or other blue-veined cheese
  • 2 medium red apples
  • 2 medium pears
  • chicory leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and lemon juice.
  2. With a fork, break Roquefort cheese into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Fold pieces of cheese into the sour cream mixture.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. With a sharp knife, core and thinly slice apples and pears.
