- Oil an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the ingredients in the dish.
- Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
