Apple And Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 3 apples, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Cook cornstarch, sugar and eggs in pineapple juice; use whip. Add marshmallow cream; add crushed pineapple and set aside to cool. Using a mixer, whip the cream.
  2. After thickened, use full speed. After mixture is cool, blend with the whipped cream.
  3. Add apples.
