Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, oleo, and brown sugar and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Add sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon over the crust.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Prepare instant vanilla pudding according to package instructions and pour over the hot baked bars.
  5. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip before serving.
