Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, yellow cake mix, and coconut until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Spread the can of apple pie filling evenly over the pressed mixture.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the apple filling.
  5. Beat the egg, then mix it with the sour cream.
  6. Spread the sour cream mixture over the sugar and cinnamon layer.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 35 minutes or until done.
