Ingredients

  • 7 lb. apples, core and cut in quarters
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a roasting pan and cover.
  2. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 3 hours.
  3. Stir several times to mix spices.
  4. Transfer to a blender, then jar and seal.
