Ingredients

  • 8 c. apples, cored and cut in small pieces
  • 1 to 2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
  2. Cover with lid.
  3. Cook on high for 30 minutes, then turn to low and cook overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Seal in sterilized jars.
