Apple-Cinnamon Pudding

- Slice apples into a 9 x 9-inch square pan. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and salt. Cover the apples with the flour mixture. Mix cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
- Sprinkle over the dough. Sprinkle 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons butter. Bake at 350° until apples are cooked and top is lightly browned.
