Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 cups sliced apple
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the refrigerated pie crust according to package directions for a two-crust 9-inch pie and fit it into the pie pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Add shredded coconut and sliced apples to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
