- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan and dust with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Blend the sugar and cinnamon to prepare the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- In a bowl, combine cake mix with applesauce and eggs; beat well until smooth.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups of batter and pour the remaining batter into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the reserved batter over the cinnamon-sugar layer in the pan.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing.
