Ingredients

  • 6 tart apples
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and core the apples, then cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan with orange and lemon juices.
