Ingredients

  • 5 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice or nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider

Instructions

  1. Butter and flour a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients except apples and apple cider.
  3. Place apples in dish.
  4. Pour mixture on top of apples.
  5. Sprinkle apple cider on top.
  6. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
