Ingredients

  • 21 oz. apple pie filling
  • 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Spoon apple pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Roll up each filled tortilla and place seam side down in a lightly greased pan.
  3. Bring butter, sugar, brown sugar, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for three minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the assembled enchiladas.
  6. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
