Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cans prepared apple pie filling
  • 1 to 2 cups crushed cinnamon graham crackers
  • 1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 3 tablespoons oleo (margarine or butter)

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter a small casserole dish if using a small dish.
  2. Pour in 1 can of prepared apple pie filling.
  3. Mix 1 cup of crushed cinnamon graham crackers with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 1/2 to 3 tablespoons of oleo (margarine or butter).
  4. Optional: add other spices to the crumb mixture for extra flavor.
  5. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the pie filling.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes. For larger dishes, double the ingredients and baking time if necessary.
  7. Other pie fillings like peach, blueberry, or strawberry can be used in place of apple.
