Ingredients

  • 4 apples, sliced thin
  • cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • butter or oleo
  • 1 1/2 or 2 cups Jiffy mix
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits are light brown and not doughy.
  2. Put on a plate and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Serve.
