Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag (1 qt. size)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 thin slices lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine the tea bag, fresh mint leaves, and lemon juice in a pitcher; pour in boiling water.
  2. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes to infuse.
  3. Remove and discard the tea bag and mint leaves.
  4. Add the unsweetened apple juice to the pitcher.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.
