Ingredients

  • 1 can Whitehouse sliced apples for pies
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz grated Velveeta cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced apples in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Cream together the margarine and sugar.
  3. Add the flour to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  4. Press the creamed mixture into the apples in the dish.
  5. Spread and press grated Velveeta cheese into the mixture in the dish.
  6. Pour milk or cream on top of the casserole.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
