- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in apple and pecans.
- Cover and refrigerate. Serve with gingersnaps, shortbread cookies or pound cake.
- Yields 1 1/2 cups.
