Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix (yellow or white)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups apples, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup quick cook oats
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Make the cake as directed on the package.
  2. Add diced apples and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the batter.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch, 9x9 inch, or 14x10 inch jelly roll pan.
