  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 lb. tart baking apples
