Ingredients

  • 7 oz spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 6 apples

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain, rinse with cold water, and let it cool.
  2. In a saucepan, cook and stir the beaten eggs, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Allow the cooked mixture to cool completely.
