Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 large tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan or skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add apples, stirring constantly until apples are tender, about 6 to 7 minutes.
