Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 7 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • tart red and green apples, cut into wedges for dipping

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, chopped dates, and chopped pecans.
  3. Cover the dip and refrigerate for up to 48 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the dip chilled with tart red and green apple wedges for dipping.
  5. Enjoy as a sweet snack or party appetizer; also good with pears.
