Ingredients

  • 2 Granny apples, quartered and peeled
  • 1 can crescent rolls (8 count)
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Mix melted oleo, sugar, hot water, and apple pie spice until well combined.
  3. Quarter and peel Granny apples.
  4. Wrap apple quarters in crescent roll triangles, sealing edges.
  5. Arrange wrapped apples on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the rolls with the spice mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with remaining spice mixture.
