Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apricots
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Soak apricots for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Add orange juice to sugar and then add the soaked apricots.
  3. Simmer on low fire until well cooked.
  4. Cool the mixture, then put it in a blender and puree.
  5. Add whipped cream to the apricot puree.
  6. Arrange layers of apricot cream and vanilla ice cream in serving dishes.
  7. Decorate with nuts before serving.
