- Cream Cheese Pastry:
- Mix flour and salt.
- Cut in cold water to form small peas.
- Mix in cream cheese with fork to form dough. Shape into 5 inch square and chill at least 1 hour.
- Roll out dough to 12 inch square.
- Cut into 36 two inch squares.
