- Mix eggs, vegetable oil, and apricot nectar in a bowl.
- Add the yellow cake mix to the mixture.
- Beat the mixture for 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until done.
- In a small pan, melt margarine, sugar, and rum together.
- As soon as the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and pour the rum mixture over the hot cake.
- Allow the cake to cool for one hour before removing from the pan.
