Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked wheat
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 small packages dry vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 15 oz. can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Cook wheat in water until soft, about 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Drain and cool the cooked wheat.
  3. Combine cream cheese and dry vanilla pudding in a bowl.
  4. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple.
  5. Add enough pineapple juice to thicken the pudding batter.
  6. Fold in Cool Whip, nuts, and cooked wheat.
  7. Chill the salad before serving.
