Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 small box lemon gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
