Ingredients

  • 1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 3 Tbsp. Amaretto, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the Ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, orange rind, 2 tablespoons Amaretto, and vanilla in a container in an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
