Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • instant rice
  • 1 can white chicken
  • water
  • salt
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Mix equal amounts of rice and chicken broth in a microwave-safe dish, then add about 2/3 can of water and 1/4 can of rice.
  2. Add salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the white chicken, then microwave on High for another 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
